Learn advanced steps in the WTC Drill Progression for Shot Put and Discus as well as large-concept practice with full throws techniques. This is the NEXT STEP in becoming a great thrower. The majority of the time at the Phase 2 Clinic is spent in-ring, enacting and integrating the drills from the WTC Drill Progression into the full throw. There is no substitute for the advancement of technique along a planned pathway, and the PHASE 2 Clinic delivers.

Attending athletes and coaches should bring throwing shoes, implements and a medium weight medicine ball for drills.

Please also bring a note pad to record your work as video cameras are not permitted.
