What a great throws camp we had! I want to thank all of the athletes and coaches who made this week both fun and productive. We had some of the best throwers in the country attend as well as beginners who wanted to see improvement in their technique. I think it is fair to say that regardless of level, everyone worked hard and learned lots. We are already seeing PR’s in training from several of the athletes who attended and I hope to see big things over the next season. I will keep in touch with those who attended and check to see their progress, but for now you all deserve a rest! Enjoy the rest of your summer and get ready to throw far!

The John Godina World Throws Center is proud to announce we are now working with Athletes’ Performance, the world’s top sports performance training company.
